Why “Divergent” Education?
The name is a tribute to the power of difference.
Through our own Neurodivergent experiences, we’ve learnt first-hand that the ideas which change the game rarely come from the centre of the path… they spring from the edges. “Divergent” honours those edge perspectives: the quick lateral leaps, the creative sparks, the ability to see patterns others miss.
We celebrate neurodiversity because recognising and valuing unique wiring doesn’t just make education more inclusive, it drives better solutions for children, families, and educators alike. By championing the unconventional, we unlock bold thinking, cultivate empathy, and prove that when different minds are given the freedom to contribute, schools, workplaces, and whole communities thrive.
